The primary in-game currency for the ULAND ecosystem in which all in-game Land is purchased and traded. Additionally issues in-game Land Rewards.

Overview

The economy of ULAND has its own ecosystem token: The $ULAND Token.

The $ULAND Token is the lifeblood currency which fuels the ULAND ecosystem, and is the de-facto currency in which to acquire Tiered Land (T1, T2, T3).

Purpose & Tokenomics

• Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens
• Collect / Trade Tiered Land NFTs (T1, T2, T3)
• In-game Distribution Taxes to T1 & T2 holders
• In-game Staking
• Multi-layered in-game reward system to NFT holders



$ULAND Token Distribution



• 5% is held by the Team as Liquidity in the Liquidity Pool of the token.
• 5% is reserved for Special Airdrops and competition-based Airdrops.
• 10% has been sent to a burn wallet 🔥 on launch of token, inaccessible to no one.
• 75% will be available for Public (50% of which is Locked 🔒 and Released 🔑 as Liquidity through NFT sales).
• 5% reserved for Marketing & Partners to help spread the word!
• You may choose to participate as a Liquidity Provider (LP) in the ULAND/BNB Liquidity Pool on Biswap.

Transactions in/out of ULAND Token

7.5% of the transaction will be collected as in-game distribution tax in the following ways: -

• 5% is distributed to the $ULAND Liquidity Pool.
• 2.5% is distributed in the form of Distribution Tax to all Land Holders who hold a T1, T2, T3 Land Asset NFT in ULAND (Country, State, City or other Asset Type). The tax is distributed and shared proportionally based upon the population your Land holds and is distributed as $ULAND rewards to your account to claim.

The first step to creating the ULAND MetaVerse Economy is by combining NFT + $ULAND Tokens + Liquidity Pool = ULAND ecosystem. 

Collecting Tiered Land Assets (NFTs)

10% of the transaction will be distributed in the following ways: -

• 2.5% is distributed to the $ULAND Locked Liquidity Pool;
• 2.5% is distributed to the ULAND Marketing. This dedicated marketing budget will help with the growth of the game.
• 5% most critically, is distributed to Players who own Land above you in the hierarchy, in the form of Distribution Tax. These in-game rewards are distributed and shared evenly, splitting 50% each time upwards, with the final highest hierarchy (Countries).

During the sale of NEW Land Asset NFTs (no previous owner), 97.5% of the sale will go into Liquidity.

During the sale of NEW Land Asset NFT’s that are NOT Countries, 92.5% of the sale will go into Liquidity. 100% - 2.5% Marketing - 5% In-game distribution Tax = 92.5%

For the sake of a simple example...

If you minted the USA (no previous owner) for 1,000 $ULAND: 975 $ULAND (97.5%) will go into Liquidity and $ULAND 25 (2.5%) will go into our Marketing Budget.

If you minted the State of California (no previous owner) for 500 $ULAND: 462.50 $ULAND (92.5%) will go into Liquidity, 12.50 $ULAND (2.5%) to Marketing and 25 $ULAND (5%) will go to the owner of the USA as Transfer Tax.
