Hero's Base

A Hero's Base is a vital building to any Hero as it provides a location where Resources for a Hero can be transported to, stored and picked up by the Player’s Hero.
Without it, a Player’s Hero cannot purchase Resources such as Battle Cards from the Marketplace.
